Hi bobibakar_15, I have also the same problem as the rest of you, I ordered on 30th Nov 2017 two items one from UK and the second from USA, the USA item reach on time while the UK one still till now undelivered, the tracking status said it left the supplier warehouse and afterI sent many emails on their website, facebook and Twitter, they informed me that they will replace the order with a new one, however the second order also didn't reach me. to all of you who paid like me to Desertcart and didn't get their items after the delivery expectation date, please report Desertcart to Consumer Rights website, on Call ´Ahlan Dubai´ +971 600 545555 Fax +971 4 450 3996 Email email@example.com Desertcart is a fake business, they start by getting our trust with fast shipping and low prices and when they had enough customers and orders they took our money, the customer support telephone number is useless as none answers the call and you have to send many emails to hear from them.
so please we should all report them, send your invoice copy and all kind of evidences (email, receipt of payment) in your email to consumer rights. thanks,
