Neglected to process TWO online orders. After waiting 4 weeks plus 3 days, as per Desertcart's timeframe for my order to be delivered, I contacted them thru email to check the status.
I received an email from DesertCart the following day stating that I HAD NEGLECTED to complete my order and they would have to process again. I RECEIVED TWO ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBERS and two emails from DesertCart at the time of purchase stating my orders WERE RECEIVED.
The staff lies, tries to cover their mistakes and doesn't seem to have any clue how online purchasing operates. A complete waste of my time.
