Update: Thanks to Louise at customer care, this issue was resolved very quickly after talking to her on the phone. Reason for non-shipment was explained and credit was posted to my DesertCart account as requested within the hour. Kudos.

Ordered a bunch of stuff, ONE ITEM WAS NOT SHIPPED out from their US consolidation center, rest were delivered in two separate deliveries. Support has only emailed stating that they are checking with operations team, then same response asking for more time, then again asking for more time, then no more response from them thereafter.

After spending AED 1518 (USD 413) I can say this website is completely unreliable and don't care about customers losing money nor DesertCart's own reputation. I have asked them to either resolve this or refund for the item, I am willing to wait as well, but it looks like they cannot coordinate with operations or have no accountability in operations If item is stuck in customs/excise, it would still be understandable, this is completely unacceptable for an online business and I strongly advise everyone to STAY AWAY !!
